Bringing an resident of Feildstone for 23 years. We have lost so much living here over the years . Lost Mountain View’s and only gained an horrific street noise from W64th Ave. Due to the3 story retirement housing directly across from our dream home. This new development will surly make the loud noice inhabitable to live in this once desired neighborhood of West Arvada. Let’s fight to keep our neighborhood a desired place to live. I I’am against low income housing in our community. I hate to see this area become the HOOD of W. Arvada.

STOP THE DELVELODMENT, KEEP West Arvada for families , safe and quiet streets. Keep the traffic volume down.
